This may be a shock to many but 28 year old running back Marion Barber will retire after playing 1 season for the Bears. He was drafted in 2005 by the Dallas Cowboys in the 4th round, coming from the University of Minnesota.
Throughout his career, he has 4780 rushing yards, 53 touchdowns, 1330 reception yards and 16 fumbles.
Even though he had an ‘okay’ year, his most memorable highlights were in 2006, on the Cowboys, where he had his career- high touchdowns(14) and in 2007 with 975 rushing yards. He’s also been to the Pro Bowl and won the Music City Bowl MVP in 2004.
