The Miami Heat and Ray Allen have amutual interest in each other but can the Heat afford Allen — or will Allen take a huge pay cut?

July 1st is when the free agency begins and both Ray Allen & Kevin Garnett will be apart of it, unless they remain a Celtic. Doc Rivers wants them both to return to the Celtics.

There is no confirmation on what Allen or Garnett will do (as in with the Celtics) but there’s also the NBA 2012 Draft Thursday as a lot of people are saying that the Celtics needs some youth on their team.
