Celtics PG Bradley, who took over Ray Allen’s spot when he was injured, is out for the remainder of the 2012 playoffs.

Bradley has to get surgery today for a small tear in his shoulder. Head coach Doc Rivers says this is a “big blow” for the Celtics as Bradley was a key factor in their rotation.

“If I’m the other guys on any other team, and the fact that I don’t have to play against Avery Bradley, I would sleep a little better. No one wants to play against Avery. Our guys don’t want to play against him in practice. He’s a pain in the [butt] defensively. That’s what he does.”
