Praise Martin-Oguike, of Temple University, was charged with forcible rape, false imprisonment, and several other related offenses after a 21 year old student was allegedly raped by the 18 year old in his dorm room. The victim reports to police she agreed to hand out in Martin-Oguike’s dorm room, as he was also helping her move in and after turning on his TV, she alleges he forced her to lay down, grabbed her neck, and raped her.

The victim says following the attack Martin-Oguike texted her saying the act was not an attack and also texted her asking “Are you going to press charges?”…

Praise Martin-Oguike’s lawyer denies all charges and says the accusations are baseless. As of right now Martin-Oguike has been removed from the Temple football website and is under investigation by the university.
