NEWS: California Has Highest Poverty Rate Among States
In a recent nation-wide poll, California has been declared the poorest state in America, with a poverty rate of nearly 25%! Trailing close behind them is the nations capital (Washington D.C.) followed by Florida at 19% below the poverty line.
