NEWS: Amanda Bynes Is Charged With DUI
TMZ reports that Amanda Bynes has been charged with one misdemeanor count of DUI. After the actress refused to take either a breathalyzer or a blood test the D.A. has sought a sentencing enhancement. If convicted she can face from 48 hours to 6 months in prison.
